Asking the important questions

I am curious about something. Back where I was before I moved here there was this thief called Phantom Thief Dark, he would always let himself be known before he stole something and would then somehow always manage to steal it. He's moved onto other counties not just the one I lived in and has stolen from many a museum. He's even been in the news here a couple times. I was wondering with that in mind what do people think of him?

Some people think he's a menace while others think he's something magical and amazing. So I am curious as to what people here think.

Also for those of us who are doing that Secret Santa thing, when we've got the gift we are giving do we give to the person ourselves or in a way that they won't know who it is from?
